At the point of delivery, check if the product are what you ordered and are in good condition and in the case of any defect, return immediately to the delivery agent.
Applicable to electronics,within 3 days of purchase if any defect is noted contact ticketing support and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
Upon recipient of your complaint/request, a decision will be made whether or not a refund or replacement is applicable.

Bought it out of good will.
If in the case of electronics you lack the technical-know-how to make it work or meet your need.
